Re-Enchantment Reading #01

Our first ever reading. Hosted at Housmans Bookshop in Kings Cross. We heard readings from:
- Rory McCarthy: Rory has previously won the London Short Story Prize and been published in the London Magazine and Open Pen Magazine, and has had one of the upper-tier-very-polite rejections from the New Yorker for a short story.
- Gabrielle Sicam: Gabrielle is a writer from South London. Her essays and fiction have been published by Sticky Fingers Publishing, Polyester Zine, The Toe Rag and more. She has forthcoming writing in Worms and Feeld's A Fucking Magazine. She is also working on a novella.
- John Concagh: John is a Historian of Empire and writer from London. Most of his writing is like his research: funny in a sort of sad way.
We had planned to hear from Brynn Valentine, Cillian Sheehan. and Charlotte Geater. Unfortunately this reading was cut short, but they'll be back!
